Yes. While founded by a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Elevare Wellness serves both
women and men.
All visits are conducted online through secure telehealth. You'll meet with your provider,
review your goals, and build a personalized treatment plan.
Yes. Baseline labs are included in the $199 initial visit fee. If you'd like to use your insurance,
labs can be routed through Quest or LabCorp.
Depending on your needs, programs may include semaglutide, tirzepatide, or peptide-based
adjuncts, all sourced from trusted compounding pharmacies.
Most clients experience noticeable improvements within 4–6 weeks, with continued progress
over 8–12 weeks.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal the body to perform specific functions,
such as tissue repair, inflammation reduction, improved sleep, and enhanced metabolism.
Once approved, medications typically ship directly from the pharmacy within 3–5 business
days.
All treatments are evidence-based and prescribed after a thorough medical evaluation. Safety

Programs are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Elevare Wellness is cash-pay only. However, clients may use insurance for labs if preferred.
